You're really not allowed to be emo and dramatic over "leaving" a site that has all of five people lurking around.

There is "no one to talk to" because hardly anyone is here. If you want conversation, try to strike one up rather than deliberately getting on everyone's nerves. Bring others here. Do something.

Pachi, it's not that I hate you; I don't even know you, so hating is pretty much impossible. It's that, half the time when you post, it is to spam. You had over 300 posts for christ sakes; any other website would ban you before thinking about it. Seriously, I have nothing against you, other than the spamming; it's not funny, or clever, or productive. And that's saying a lot. As vee said, there are like 5 people who actually kinda sorta idle around here. Spam is expected; but there are two types of spam: annoying, and moderately productive. Instead of spamming, "hey guys i am trying to take over the front page", post random links to funny youtube videos; I would actually reply to that.

Long story short: if you're going to spam, make an effort to make it interesting. If you do, I will have nothing against you.

I have maybe four definitions of SPAM:

1. It's what the acronym stands for. Stupid, Pointless, Annoying Messages. I tend to stress Pointless more than any other word there.

2. Any post that doesn't contribute to the topic, or any topic that doesn't contribute to the forum. An exception can be made to this site, where livelihood is an contributing factor.

3. Anything not tolerated by moderators/administrators.

4. What Latiass ^ said.

No, it's not spam, because it contributes to the conversation. Someone says something, then you reply, then they reply, etc. etc. It's called being a civilized, mature person. The essence of spam is not caring about how shitty you make the other users' experience.

However, you know all that crap you post about "owning" the front page? That IS spam.
