I had many others, such as Palkia's and more Lucario's, even Dialgia's, but I traded them, only a few I have trained to level 100, rest traded them...

no 100 either but i got a tyranitar,dragonite,salamance with a level of 92 and my empeleon is level 91 together with my leafeon and a shiny crowbat level 86 only...

hey people, this is not a "post you level 80-99" thing. You have to be hardcore (or have no life) and train them all the way to lvl 100. no one gives a crap about how close you're with your lvl 90 Mewtwo or your lvl 99 Garchomp. They're nothing but weaklings, although I would be surprised if someone showed enough patience with a magikarp to get it to a high lvl, but they're still weak unless they're 100!

does evolving earlier stronger than evolving later?

eg.
Magikarp evolves to Gyarados at lvl 30 - magikarp evolve to gyarados at lvl 51

At lvl 60, do they make any diffrence?

And is the forum back to the old version or something?

From what I understand, no, it doesn't matter what level it's evolved at.
