....My luckest catch would have to been Mewtwo in red with a single pokeball at full health. Did that for fun and miraculously it worked.

Mine is similiar, I caught Mewtwo on my second ultra ball, which I thought would take me all 47 of mine.

I caught Uxie with an Ultra Ball fairl easily and luckily it was Bold =P And I accidently caught Mesprit with a Quick Ball, when I was going to use my Masterball.

Dratini in the Safari Zone.

Either my dialga in one turn thanks to a quick ball, or a Groudon with a cherish ball where all others failed. Other than the master

Giratina with a luxury ball. (the colors matched) or Palkia with a Premier ball (same thing...kinda)

I got 3 rolls on Mewtwo with a Heal Ball. <_< >_> ...Other than that, I caught Mesprit with only 1 Ultra by accident.

Another one would be Cressila, and I caught with a Pokè Ball on my 2nd try. I was very happy!

In red, I caught Mewtwo with a pokeball, paralyzed @ full health. Not very lucky in itself, but prior to actually catching it I had got it down to 1 HP and thrown a fair few Ultra balls.

In crystal, I caught a shiny Golduck. The only lucky thing about it was that it was shiny, and a female.

In sapphire, I caught a shiny Heracross in the safari zone. This is pretty much the luckiest catch I've made: as I'm sure you're all aware that they can run at any moment in there. I was so tense; I had thrown a bait and then a Safari Ball, and it had escaped the ball after one roll. Quite nervously, I threw the second one, and caught it! To date I think that was the most satisfying thing I've experienced in the pokemon games.

Since then I've caught another two shiny pokemon in Diamond - a Ponyta and a Starly. I guess I'm just a lucky guy.

in emerald, i was on mt. pyre, and caught a shiny chimecho. first chimecho i've ever owned 2. oh, and he's in a ultra ball.
