Im planning on buying Pokemon mystery dungeon 2 but i dont know which one to buy opinions please either explorers of time or explorers of darkness

Well, it really depends on if you want to get some pokemon earlier or not. Also, it depends on whether you like Celebi or Mewtwo more.

Darkness=Mewtwo
Time=Celebi.

Those two you can't get in the other, even with passwords.

Wrong, you can get Celebi in Darkeness and M2 in Time via a Download able off WiFi Wonder Mail. (at least in the Japanese version, they may decide to **** the American and Pal players that don't import, like they do with event legendaries)

Is it possible to send Pokemon from the Dungeon games to D/P? If so, I'll be getting the Celebi version. If not, I'd rather have the version with Mewtwo.

It is not possible to send Pokemon from the dungeon games to D/P or vice versa.

This is due to the different battle systems (PMD has 2 moves that exist only in PMD (wide cut and vacume(sp) cut) and because Shaymin and Arceus not being in PMD:EoT/D because they weren't officially revealed before the JP release.

I see. Oh well, I'll get a legit Celebi someday.

Since the thread's been bumped, I heard a rumour that you'd be able to transport an event legend from MD2 to DP once the game's been beaten. I looked up on Bulbapedia and Wiki but they both suck and their articles do nothing but recite the game plot. Can anyone confirm/deny for me, please?
