The Tailwind description is a little inconsistent.

Flavor text: The user whips up a turbulent whirlwind that ups the Speed of all party Pokémon for three turns.

Eevine summary: For five turns, any Pokémon on the user's field have raised Speed.

More detail into how much of a Speed increase might also be helpful. I believe it's doubled.

The flavor text is wrong. That is, it reflects what's written in the game, but the game is wrong.

And I was under the impression that it was just raised one level, so I went for wording consistent with how I always write that. Is it not?

Tailwind only increases by one level. It's really bad that the game's flavor text is wrong on so many moves. Miracle Eye, in particular, gets to me.

That is why, Tailwind is a non damaging moves which is speed that boosts...
