woah woah woah! don't be so harsh! it may be a load of bs, but you don't have to be rude about it. There probably wasn't a 'Dial and Palki' cuz that seems both odd and stupid for naming. after all, why name them by simply removing the last letter of each? It simply sounds like either a glitch or programming shorthand. after all, it's pretty obvious in a list of pokemon who "Dial" and "Palki" are. they're just missing the ending 'a' in each. anywho, I've started ranting again, so I should probably stop.

What if when your sweet as hell pokemon evolved, it kept it's stats, but went back to level 5/1/whatever. That way, you can build it even further and make it a megaMACHINE!

Then everyone would slowly, painfully, get perfect stats, and only the types would affect the outcome. But if there was a limit, like with EVs, then it's perfect.

Hey Xavius, you said that the Time/Space legends' babies don't exist and you are right about that but you said that the babies' names are only missing the a, but you are wrong, if you look back at what you said then you just said that the adult legendaries' names are Palkia and "Diala" I'm sure you meant to say "Dialga". Oh I almost forgat to say it. "technicality boy, strikes again!"
