HOW THAE HECK CAN A POKEMON WITH ALL BUT TWO DEX ENTRIES SAYING IT'S WEAK OR THAT IT DOESN'T MOVE MUCH HAVE PERFECT SPEED, POWER, TECHNIQUE, STAMINA, AND JUMP? HOW??????
