A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it restores the user's HP in a pinch, but may also cause confusion.

Fling effect

Inflicts regular damage with 10 power. Immediately activates the berry's effect on the target.

Description

Held: When the holder's HP falls to 1/2 or less, this Berry is consumed and heals the holder for 1/8 its max HP. If the holder dislikes sour flavors (- Defense nature), it will also become Confused.
