Bug regarding Bugs
The specific search "Mons that learn Quiver Dance and Baton Pass" should return Venomoth (Quiver Dance at Lv63 and Baton Pass by Egg Move) and Masquerain (Quiver Dance at Lv68 and Baton Pass by Surskit at Lv43); but they don't.
Apparently; the search doesn't recognize that their movepools include the entirety of their prevolutions' movepools.
Yes, this is an old and known-ish problem. Hopefully going to deal with it soon; I'm messing with the searches now.
